Red Rose Naturals makes every effort to provide high quality products and packaging. Our products are created for personal use, therefore we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. We encourage customers to try our travel sized kits first. We understand that each situation varies, Please share your concerns with us at contact@redrosenaturals.com within 30 days of purchase and we’ll review your submission to further assist you. 

Return Shipping for Preference-Based Returns


For any approved return or review request that is based on customer preference, including scent, texture, color variation, product feel, or other natural characteristics of the product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


Red Rose Naturals does not cover return shipping for preference-based concerns when the product is not damaged, incorrect, or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


If the concern is due to a verified damaged item, wrong item, or fulfillment error, we will review the issue separately and provide assistance according to our damaged or incorrect item policy.


Lost or Stolen Package

Red Rose Naturals is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Only packages tendered through the Insured Shipping Selections are insurable. Please see your order confirmation to determine whether or not the insurance option was selected, then contact the appropriate carrier such as UPS, USPS, or FEDEX to file a lost/stolen package claim.
